Vanilla Frozen Yogurt and Kiwi Parfait

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Chapman’s Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice, or water
  • 2 kiwis, sliced thinly
  • Fresh blackberries

Preparation Instructions

Mix chia seeds with milk and let sit for 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed, stirring every 5 minutes.

Arrange kiwi slices around the interior of 2 glasses, pour ¼ of the chia pudding mixture into each glass, followed by 1 scoop of Chapman’s Vanilla Frozen Yogurt.

Then add the rest of the chia pudding, and the last 2 scoops of Chapman’s Vanilla frozen yogurt, and top with blackberries.
