Pumpkin Pie
Preparation Instructions

Follow the instructions on the pie shell package as directed and preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, spices and eggs. Do not over mix.

Add the can of pure pumpkin and the room temperature melted ice cream to the bowl. Do not over mix.

Pour the mixture into the 2 pie shells.

Place both pies in the oven and cook at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 25 minutes.

Let the pies cool and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
