Cast Iron S’mores Skillet

Ooey gooey and oh so delicious! Layers of decadent chocolate, crunchy graham crackers and soft gooey marshmallow. What could be better than that? Oh wait… adding our Caramel Saucy Spots ice cream on top of course!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chocolate chips
  • 1 sleeve of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 12 scoops of Chapman's Saucy Spots Salty Caramel ice cream

Preparation Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Sprinkle chocolate chips onto the bottom of a medium sized cast iron pan (or another oven safe skillet).

Crumble graham crackers on top and ensure all chocolate chips are covered by graham crackers.

Sprinkle marshmallows on top, in an even layer.

Place skillet into the preheated oven for 5 minutes, then put under the broiler for another 3-4 minutes, while watching carefully to ensure the marshmallows get golden, but not burnt.

Serve on top of Chapman’s Caramel Saucy Spots and enjoy!
