Ingredients

  • Chapman's No Sugar Added Black Cherry Ice Cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted (Lactose free)
  • 1 1/4 cups of no sugar added and lactose free chocolate cookie crumbs

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, butter and salt and stir until the crumbs are well moistened. Pat the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom and all of the way up the side of a 9-inch pie pan or dish.

Bake until crust is firm, about 5 min. For a firmer, crust, bake for 5 min more.

Once the crust has cooled, add softened No Sugar Added Black Cherry Ice Cream to fill the crust.

Place in freezer until firm. Serve with your choice of garnish. We like no sugar added and lactose free dark chocolate curls and chocolate sauce.
