In a medium sized bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix well.
Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of your springform pan.
Soften Chapman’s Black Jack Cherry Frozen Yogurt and scoop just enough into the pan to cover the cookie crust.
Place a layer of frozen dark cherries on top of the frozen yogurt.
Cover the layer of cherries with the softened frozen yogurt until it is 1/4 inch from the top of the springform pan.
Freeze overnight and top with cookie crumbs when ready to serve.
