Markdale, ON – With the heat of summer approaching, many Canadians are on the hunt for a new, mind-blowing and refreshing frozen treat. With so many options on the market, is there still room to impress?

Chapman’s Ice Cream answers that question with a resounding “Yes.”
This summer, Chapman’s is introducing Canadians to 16 new products and flavours – many inspired by customers. “We read every letter, every email and every social media message that millions of Canadians send our way each year,” says Chapman’s VP Ashley Chapman. “We value what our customers have to say. They are our biggest inspiration.”

This year, Chapman’s added something new and exciting to every product line.

“I’m most excited to introduce Canadian’s to our new Yukon Caribou bar,” says Chapman. “It’s a rich and delectable ice cream bar filled with caramel. A lot of innovation, research and development went into creating this product.” In addition, 25 cents from each box of Yukon Caribou bars sold across Canada will be donated to the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS) in support of their ongoing Caribou protection efforts.

Introduced only two years ago, Chapman’s Yukon collection of ice cream cones, bars and sandwiches is already wildly popular with Canadians looking for a taste as BIG as Canada’s North. In addition to the Yukon Caribou bar, this summer we’re introducing the Yukon Moose Cookies and Cream Sandwich and the Yukon Grizzly Chocolate, Salted Caramel and Peanut Cone.
Here’s what else is new from Chapman’s for Summer 2019.
Chapman’s Premium Ice Cream collection, made with 100% Canadian dairy, gets a new taste sensation with Premium Peanut Parfait – a sinfully-delicious combination of vanilla ice cream with chocolate ripple and roasted, salted peanuts.

Canada’s best-selling Frozen Yogurt collection gets two new additions this year: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Chocolate with Salty Caramel with Peanuts. People looking for Frozen Yogurt on-the-go will be able to choose from the new Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Sandwich or Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bars.

Chapman’s Supers line of peanut/nut free treats has several new additions for 2019: the Vanilla and Chocolate with Cherry Centre Cone, the French Vanilla and Chocolate with Chocolate Centre Cone, the Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Sandwich, the Super Creamy (a combination of refreshing water ice with creamy ice cream) and the Double Decker Sandwich (vanilla and chocolate wafers filled with layers of vanilla and chocolate ice cream.)
For people watching their waistline, Chapman’s Canadian Collection is introducing two petite sorbet bars dipped in dark chocolate – Lady Bug and Tiger Paw – with only 90 calories per serving.

Chapman’s Rocket Lolly successfully landed this spring in stores across Canada. This peanut and nut free, gluten free and kosher treat made with natural colours and flavours is fun to eat with only 40 calories each.
