Junior Marketing Coordinator will be working in an exciting and creative work environment with a dynamic team of marketing professionals. The person in this position will implement ongoing marketing initiatives. These include social media communications, contest execution, parcel and mail processing, inventory tracking, new content development, event management, and more.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Manage social media daily communications.
- Process mail and parcels.
- Assist in developing marketing content.
- Track inventory.
- Assist in execution of online contests, giveaways and other events.
- Address telephone and email inquiries.
Qualifications
- Required – Strong English language, literacy and grammar. Strong writing/editing ability.
- Required – Working knowledge of social media management.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows-based programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Additional Asset – strong communication skills in French.
