Easy Ice Cream Cake


  • Chapman's Ice Cream Sandwiches
  • Strawberry Jam
  • Whip Cream
  • Skor Bar Bits


Layer the bottom of a square glass baking dish with Chapman's Ice Cream Sandwiches. Cut them to fit into the sides where a whole one just won't fit. Spread the tops of the sandwiches with strawberry jam. Spoon dollops of whip cream over the jam. Layer the remaining sandwiches over the whip cream. Top with more whip cream and sprinkle with skor bar bits. Place in the freezer for at least one hour.
