TORONTO, ON – Perfectly timed to kick off ice cream season, Toronto’s historic landmark and popular attraction, Casa Loma, will host the first-ever Chapman’s Ice Cream Festival on May 17, 2025. The event will celebrate all things ice cream! Many luxury ice cream flavours will be featured, including newly launched flavours for 2025. Ice cream themed entertainment will be found throughout Casa Loma grounds from 9:30am to 5pm. The evening part of the event will feature an opening of the Symphony in the Gardens on the Chapman’s Stage. Free ice cream will be included with admission to the event.

Exclusive Chapman’s Showcase will feature the story behind Canada’s most beloved ice cream brand through interactive displays and behind-the-scenes glimpses at how the magic is made.
