Job Summary:

The Sales Administrator will provide professional level support to the sales team. They will be capable of filling in for key individuals in those departments as required.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Review, validate and request payment from AP for all customer/end user rebate programs
  • Reconcile all rebate accounts
  • Promotion bill backs for all customers, all regions – review, validate and approve
  • Promotion tracking – warehouse and out of province
  • Investigate and validate all rebate related deductions and claims received through AR
  • Process and maintain all new rebate programs
  • Assist sales with any tasks required such as, but not limited to, running sales reports, review/approve/write-up promos (nationally), CPM updates

Position Requirements:

  • In depth understanding of rebate programs: unpublished vs published, accruals vs defined programs, connection to store costs
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows-based programs – specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop an asset
  • Attention to detail – articulate and thorough
  • Quality oriented
  • Creative and Innovative Thinking
  • Post-secondary education in a business field is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills would be beneficial
