Butterscotch Oatmeal Ice Cream Pie


  • 2 litres of Butterscotch Ice Cream
  • 1 package crushed Oatmeal Cookies
  • ⅓ cup melted Butter


Mix crushed cookies and butter (reserve ⅓ cup to sprinkle on top). Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan (bake at 350° for about 12-15 minutes) until firm and very lightly browned. Let cool completely and spread ice cream on top of cookie crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and put back into freezer until set. Cut into squares and serve. (optional-drizzle with butterscotch syrup).
