Ice Cream Muffins


  • 2 cups Chapman's Ice Cream
  • 1 cup self rising flour



Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Leave out 2 cups of your favourite Chapman's Ice Cream flavour and allow to soften. Mix in 1 cup self rising flour. Portion into 6 muffin cups. Bake at 425 for 20-25 mins. Experiment with different ice cream flavours. You can adjust ratios to make the amount of muffins you would like.
