2 cups Frozen Fruit (berries, peaches, bananas, etc.)
1 cup Skim or 1% Milk
DIRECTIONS
Add all the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Apple Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Chapman's Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
¾ cup Apple Juice and Apple Cider
2 cups Chopped Red Apples - unpeeled
1 tsp Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth.

Tangerine Orange-Melon Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Chapman's Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
¾ cup ripe Cantaloupe-finely chopped
¾ cup Tangerine Orange Juice blend
1½ tsp Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS
Place cantaloupe, tangerine orange juice blend and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Add 2 cups of Chapman's Vanilla Frozen Yogurt and blend again until smooth.

Hot Chocolate Chill
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp Premium French Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tbsp Hot Chocolate Mix
Cinnamon or Chocolate Flakes
Hot Water or Milk
DIRECTIONS
Heat up some milk or water. Put the hot chocolate mixture into the bottom of each mug and then the ice cream. Pour your milk or water into the mugs. Top with a pinch of cinnamon or chocolate flakes.
