Mix cookie crumbs with the melted butter. Mix until all cookie crumbs are damp, and press them together on the inside of a pie plate, creating a crust. Let it sit in the fridge while you continue.
Mix 5 scoops of Chapman's Vanilla ice cream, fruit and milk in your blender, and blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to stir. Pull out pie plate 10 minutes before you are ready to serve it, and spread the smoothie out over the cookie crumbs. Sprinkle the shaved chocolate over the top and enjoy.
